7th Annual Swiss Fondue Dinner Party - September 7th - 6:00pm

Michelle Sanguinetti and her fabulous dedicated and experienced fondue crew invite you to join them in a delectable journey to a traditional Swiss Fondue Dinner.  Michelle, guided by the experienced and heartfelt hands of her amazing mother brings you the fondue recipe exclusive to her ancestral town of Le Locle, Switzerland that has been in her family for generations!  It’s a secret how they do it but we can tell you that the Gruyere Cheese is specially imported and hand cut fresh from a giant wheel. The Kirsh liqueur was hand-carried back from Switzerland. Did we mention desert?  Get ready to indulge in hand-made “bricelets”, those delicate little lacy Swiss cookies that show you why the real thing matters. You will also be treated to a thoughtful selection of wines specially paired to the meal.  Prudy Foxx, of Foxx Viticulture will provide flights of wine primarily from the Santa Cruz Mountains and share the story of each wine for those interested. Your favorite wines will be served with dinner. This auction item is a memorable event for you and your friends.  Go for it and have a great time.
