Ever wanted to try your hand at making jewelry? Mrs. Hannaleck and Mrs. Goldfield invite your TK - 5th grader to learn how to make jewelry! Go home with two pairs of earrings and a beaded keychain and perhaps find yourself a new hobby! All materials are included in the cost.
Fun in the Sun

Join the kindergarten teachers for a fun afternoon of field games and water play, followed by a cool summer treat. Plan on getting wet!!!
Friday Fun Night Under the Stars

Vine Hill’s fantastic first grade teachers would like to invite students Kindergarten through 5th grade for a movie night featuring Finding Dory, popcorn and lots of fun activities. Parents may drop off their children and enjoy some time on their own!

Redwood Forest Adventure

Qty: 15 students (3rd - 5th Grade)
Enjoy a nature hike while you explore and learn about our wonderful redwood forest with your Vine Hill teachers! You may get wet and dirty, so be prepared by wearing appropriate clothing, including sneakers/hiking shoes, long pants, shirt and sweatshirt. Also, be sure to apply sunscreen before the hike and bring a water bottle! There are many critters along the path so please bring any medications necessary for bee stings or bug bites. This sign-up party is open to 3rd - 5th grade students. Lunch will be provided.
St. Patrick’s Night out for Parents

Parents, enjoy a couple kid-free hours while your children join our fun 5th grade teachers for a showing of the movie Moana and St Patrick’s Day fun. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Dress ‘em in green!
Jr. Fire Marshall
Dates: 2017 and 2018. Dates are assigned at discretion of Principal.

Ever wanted to pull the fire alarm? This is your ONLY chance! Sign your child up to be the Vine Hill Junior Fire Marshall and assist Mrs. Ebert, Mrs. Gauthier & Ms. Brooks with a fire drill! Pull the alarm and then scout the school with Mrs. Ebert to ensure that everyone is safe. You will also get your picture taken and receive some goodies from the Scotts Valley Fire Department!
Party at Petroglyph Ceramic Lounge

American Ninja Warrior Camp

Learn, play, race and sweat like a NINJA! Join Valley Sports Camp and tackle the American Ninja Warrior inspired obstacle course right on our very own school field. This camp is geared for and open to children Kindergarten - 3rd grade. A healthy snack will be provided.
Flag Football Clinic
Date: Saturday, August 12th

Qty: 20 students (2nd - 5th grade)

We are excited to introduce this new sign-up party!!! What could be better on a summer day than getting out on the field to throw the ball around with other Vine Hill kids? The day will start with instruction including passing, catching and flag pulling from the President of S.V. Flag Football and end with time to play!!!
(Note: for everyone’s safety, cleats and mouthpieces are required to participate.)
Lunch and beverages will be provided.
NBC Bay Area Broadcast Studio Tour

How often do you get a chance to take a studio tour? Do you have a reporter or sportscaster on your hands? Or maybe a camera operator? This is your chance to check out the NBC BAY AREA Broadcast Studios in San Jose with our very own Garvin Thomas of Bay Area Proud. And as a bonus, your child will get to sit in the anchor chair behind a real anchor desk!
